AttendancePro started in 2000 to assist us in tracking 30 technicians (now 50) by hours worked. Every PM always looks for ways to trim costs in order to boost profit. When we compared every technician to the normalized 40 hour work week, we noted major spikes in overtime hours. Specifically, all senior people (highest paid) had the most overtime hours.
